Simple.Format all the drives.You can use two tools for that.If you have a less space hard disk say 40GB and below you can use fdisk.Fdisk is a very small tool,install it and copy it into a floppy.Change your boot options in the setup so that floppy boots first.put the fdisk floppy in it and in the MSDos prompt enter fdisk and follow simple procedures.Alternatively you can use another software called partition manager which can be used for all size of hard disks.It can even work on windows and is simple too.Download it and use it.Be careful all these softwares can bring up serious injuries to your hardware.use them at your own risk or just call up a professional like me.Good luck.

If u want to format the hard disk try this
1. Boot from a bootable disk containing format command or any other format utility
2. Now type format and then drive name /s if u want operating system copy(to boot only)
and /u to uninstall
3. Then after completion insert windows bootable disk and start installing windows again

go to start control panel add or remove programs.. uninstall everything,, do the windows program last
