Not only to the playoffs, but to the World Series where they will defeat the Yankees in 7 games in what will be described as one of the most exciting World Series of all time. Obviously, the breaks will have to go their way and they'll have to have a lot of luck - but go Cards!!! (By the way, I'm a Braves fan so I'm cheering for my second favorite team.)

Yes, it's far too late for any run. For Cincinnati to catch them, the Reds would have to go 9-0 with the Cardinals no better than 4-6.
They'll make the playoffs. With the weak NL this year, who knows what could happen.

I think you and your Cardinals are safe. They have a 5-game lead with roughly a week left in the regular season. It would take a serious collapse to lose that.

you can be safe the horrendous cardinals will make it but dont get too happy they will not make it past the first round the NL Central is horrible this year and this is coming from a Cubs fan
