I always try to make an effort to keep in touch with friends. Over the summer there is this one girl that I used to be very close to but she got married and life had changed (that I understand) so we sorta grew apart. Out of the blue, she emailed me wanting to spend a week with me in Canada but I couldn't accommodate her for a week because I had family coming from overseas so she stayed with her brother and came to visit me for a w/e. I tried my best to make her feel comfortable and since she went home. I haven't heard from hear since. Not even to say she got home safely. I thought my friendship meant more to her? or was she just using me or Am I trippin'?....

they are these kind a friends ,which are for time beiong and then they forget u,so wat i do is i keep in touch w them who keep in touch w me.i used to be like u u try to keepp friendship as it was b4 but sweety it never works one ways ,alwys have to b two way.so dont push urself in to a friendship,unless u know ur friend is having some problems which are keeping her/him bz..........

She was probably just using you. I think people are sometimes selfish when they don't get their way and can't compromise. I know some friends that we have now did the same thing. I don't talk to them anymore because they didn't get their way on something which was really stupid. Just talk to your friend and tell her how you feel about the way she treated you. If she doesn't understand then she wasn't a friend to begin with.

Your tripping unless you left her alone the whole visit opr something cruel. family and marriage leaves little time for friends and time flies by. True friends pick up like no time has passed.
