Everyone is different, I am 31 weeks pregnant and my breast are the same size. They do hurt sometimes but other then that it is still the same size.

However, I do have other children and what I have noticed is after I have my baby my breast gets extremely large two to three days after delivery.

I think I was about five months preggo with my first when I went to bed with "B" size cups and woke up to *hello ladies!!!* near "D" size cups. Mine shrunk after breastfeeding, but when I got preggo with my second they went back to "D" about six months in....they are just shrinking back to "C" size now--I kept some of my new found glory between the two kids! LOL!

Usually they do. You don't begin to show for many months. I didn't show until I was six months. But my breast got big way before them.
