Yes, and if any organization tries to sue you for doing it, they will drop the lawsuit the moment you agree to a hearing in front of a judge.
You just don't have legal right to resell that tape cassette.

I don't know if its legal, but I did it as a teenager all the time (pre-cd and downloading days...)
It's like a lot of 'piracy' issues---if you are not trying to sell it or profit from it, no one will find out anyway.

sorry, you could no longer get them from a cassette to the computing gadget. perchance you will get them on a cd in case you have a cassette participant with a cd burner. then placed the cd on your computing gadget.
