Cardio...lots of walking,running,basic moving around...limit fat intake...eat well,6 days a week then cheat for 1....sittups do not reduce love handles...activity and intensity levels will.

YA this is one of many things any guy would not like have,but if u have habit not to workout too much this sure develops.I prefer yoga,and i know this specific posture for this but start gradually with care,...when u will b in this pose,u will automatically know that this works very specific on spine and side ab muscles.This link has a picture

exercise. running/walking will help as will crunches. as you tone up, your love handles will go away... but it takes time.
