No way. Theres too many good teams in the AFC. Colts, Bengals, Ravens, maybe Steelers.

When you have the best coach in the NFL and the best QB in the clutch in the NFL, you always have a chance to be in the SB. I think they will win their division and make the playoffs. If they have home field advantage throughout (as a result of having the best record in the AFC), I think you can pencil them in for the SB. If Jacksonville or Cincinnati (or another AFC team I don't anticipate to potentially have the best record in the AFC) have home field advantage throughout the playoffs, then I think the Patriots will face a much tougher road to the SB. I think the Pats will miss Branch, but they will never admit it and this year will be very successful regardless.

I know they will make it to the playoffs, but not necessarily the superbowl. The coach is one of those that believes he can get it done with anyone on the field and not just overpaid stars. The one mistake they may have made was letting go of the kicker. It is hard to find a reliable, consistent kicker these days.

It's hard to tell so early in the year. I know they are off to a good start, but they barely beat Buffalo (thank goodness the Bills motto is "Refuse to Win" j/k sorry, I am a Bills fan) If they stay healthy, I see them winning the East again. But against Indy or even Jacksonville... who knows. Even Baltimore looks good. So .....

Well...it's undeniable, they have an okay team even without all the players they lost...but can they players they have step up? I'm not sure...Last year it appeared they were already losing their dynasy...I don't see much change from there this year, but with Tom Brady...anything is possible.

no the pats will not i think letting vinatierri go is going to end up biting them in the butt especially if the colts and pats play in the afc championship and vinatierri comes out and kicks the game winning field goal against his former team ha IRONY

nope. they didn't even get to the afc title game last year, and they lost even more of their key people. I know belichek is good at taking care of that, but there is only so much you can do before it finally takes it's toll.
