i've heard that various spine stretching exercise can increase your height by up to 2 inches, by straightening out the spine and increasing the density of the cartilages between each spinal vertebrae. don't know if this will work though.
another method is to do pull-ups regularly (for a very long time :)). this will strenghten your back and thus relieving the pressure on the spinal cartilages caused by gravity (same principle as the fact that you're roughly 1 inch taller in the morning). this will work, but you wont experience much of growth (maybe 1/4 inch per half year if you do it vigorously).
the last method that i know of is to simply do a limb lenghtening surgery; very expensive, very risky, but it certainly works ;)

avoid body building this will make you shorter, do exercises that involves stretching. if you are over 22, there is no way to grow taller not even with exercises.

you grow when you sleep, so make sure your
getting enough sleep. and if your parents are short, odds are you will only end up a couple inches taller than they are.

Height is not something you can change. But standing up straight and tall will always give the illusion of height.

maybe HGH will help, I am not sure. I think height is mainly genetic. I think you can do things to stunt growth, but I am not sure about encouraging additional growth.
