Why does this frighten you so?

My secret fear is that I will forget to do something I was supposed to do and it will have devastating consequences. I see someone about this but they do not really offer a solution to the fear, just want to give me some medicine!

My secret fear in life has always been that I wouldn't be able to have any children of my own. (i.e. I am 26 yrs. old)
The reason that it scared me so much is because it actually came true. I had a hysterectomy in Aug. '06 due to the fact that I was diagnosed with Uterine Cancer.

That when I go to a movie to enjoy the vibrant scenes, their accompanying soundscapes and emotional tug, some moron is going to be sitting right behind me eating a loud, crinkly, annoying bag of skittles.
Why does it frighten me so? Because you only get to see a movie & experience the thrill fresh, for the first time, once.

Heights. Trying to be brave this week and paint the outside of my house, i've only two more window frames to do, i nearly got blown off my ladders the other day. And this frightens me coz i don't want to break any body parts if i ever go splat.

I am 19 years old and married. My fear is that, if anything would happen to my wife or family, i dont know what the F*** i would do.
I want to go to university and study architecture and become a successful architect so that i can provide for my family, and atleast TRY to repay them back for all of the love and care they have given to me throughout the 19 years of my happy life.

Never being largely recognized as an artist.
What will I have accomplished if I don't get that?!
ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh! I can't admit this to my other artist friends becuase I think they will think I'm lame. So thats why its a secret! don't tell!!!!

Being a failure. i don't want to end up getting stuck doing something I never wanted to do, and/or hate, for the rest of my life. I'm scared i might have made glaring errors in my life and have huge regrets when I look back. (I think they're pretty self-explanatory)
