Its not weird, if kids arent real responsible, their parents should FORCE them to wait until 18 anyway.

No this isn't odd. I was 17 when I got mine. The only reason I got it was so I could go to work and get the things I wanted. There is a kid down the street from me that is 18 and just now got his permit. He didn't think he was coordinated enough to drive. I think it depends on each person. There is nothing saying you have to get your license at 16. A friend of mine didn't learn to drive until her daughter was a child of about 10...she was in her early 30's.

properly the great aspect about waiting till eventually you're 18 is that now you do not ought to pay both to three hundred or some thing like that for drivers education. you merely bypass in to the dmv take your written try, bypass it,they provide you along with your let and in many circumstances once you're below 18 you may ought to coach driving with an human being below that enable for roughly 2 weeks or so yet because you're of age you could make your driving try appointment whenever you imagine you're prepared once you've already surpassed your written try, merely bypass to the DMV and make your appointment on your behind the wheel driving try. it truly is that straightforward, a lot swifter.

No, its not wierd.
Sometimes life gets in the way, like school, friends, work, and u dont get the time to get one. Or if your just used to taking the bus or getting rides it doesnt seem a priority, whenever you need it is a good time, and as long as your not a crazy driver, then its alright.

2 year, 1 year, 3 months driving doesn't make a difference. as long as you're on the road and you're driving safely, then you're good! hey be grateful. a lot of people don't even get to drive!

not odd. where are you from? michigan changed their driver's ed process about 10 years ago and it happens in stages. you don't get an unrestricted driver's license until you're 17 or 18 anymore. i got mine when i was 17.

I was 18, too. My parents FORCED me to drive-I saw all the crazies on the road and didn't want to. Then they were sorry-I wanted to drive all the time!
