I can only speak for myself, but I do. I think the way it's being handled now is a waste of police resources.
On the other hand, I think insurance companies should be free to refuse coverage to people who choose to endanger themselves with recreational drugs. I also believe that the death penalty should apply when people drive under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and cause accidents that result in fatalities.

Oh that's just what we need.. a new generation of Legally burnt out potheads looting this country for cash and prizes off the welfare system
Although I can see why some On the Left would like it... keep em high , keep em on welfare, and they have a new breed of class to exploit to retain some power

Im not sure to be honest with you.Seems theres enough bad things legalized and as it is, its a little slap on the wrist if you get caught so it is basically legal to a certain point. I dont smoke anymore, so I could care one way or the other. Maybe medical pot if there is ever REAL proof that it is good for that. It seems to be all the way legal for Willie Nelson!

Being what I consider a moderate Republican, I support it as well, it would certainly generate a hell of alot of Tax money. And personaly think its safer than becoming an alcoholic.

Me as a conservative, who has never smoked it, i support it. I don't see any reason to get rid of it. It helps a lot of people and it was used for religous purooses a long time ago.

The war on drugs is insane.
It is smarter to legalize. Tax it, and control it...just like alcohol.
