No. Go to Drake University, it has the best pharmacy program in the US.

University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA (just south of Sacramento) has a GREAT pharmacy program. I have a cousin that graduated from there who runs his own extremely successful pharmacy now. I also have a friend who currently attends the school and has nothing but good things to say about it. The downside: it's a private university and last time I checked was the most expensive in California...and that's saying something.
