I'm going to be spending the majority of the winter in Florida,?

I need to start packing. What should I make sure not to forget?

Me. I don't take up too much room, am a good listener, follow orders, not loud or hard to get along with and can be left alone at pool for hours. Will only impose when it comes to dinner as I require massive amounts of chicken, taters and desserts of the day :o)

For starters, leave the winter clothes at home. A windbreaker jacket and a sweatshirt or sweater is all you'll need.

Basically jeans and any kind of shirts or blouses will work. And skirts are ok, there will be a few cold days but it rarely gets below 55 or 60 degrees and most days are in the 70s or 80s.

It depends on what part of Florida you'll be staying in.
Anything north of Interstate 4 could experience cooler temperatures during the cours of the winter months and especially around Jacksonville and surrounding areas, the wind is a bone chiller also, anything south is generally pleasant.

Swimming gear. It will still be warm most of the time, and one warm coat for a cold snap. Mapquest or Google Earth will help you get arround. Tennis and fishing gear. And patience - there are traffic jams on the Tamiami Highway.

a cute sweater and jeans, because although they have warmer weather than most of the United States, it does get really chilly there! don't just pack shorts or you'll be freezing the whole winter!

:) Depends on where in Florida. It can get pretty durn chilly in northern and central parts. We'll be 'round Orlando and it'll get COLD by about Christmas.

Suntan lotion, shorts, bathing suit, sandals and t-shirts. But bring a couple of pairs of pants and a jacket. It can get cold here once in awhile!
