All are pretty in different ways:
# 1 has a more polished look as far as hair, skin, and defined eyes.
# 2 looks more natural and doesn't seem to be trying so hard, which makes her seem more confident (confident = attractive)
# 3 looks like she has good genes and could pull off a sultry look. The eyes are big and the lips have a nice shape, so she's got good features to work with.
Now, I'm guessing you are #3 based on your other questions. Here's my advice. Both you and # 1 seem to try to make your lips look more pouty, which turns out looking kinda weird. Just let the lips relax and don't try to push them out. To get a more pouty look, use lipliner & gloss, open your mouth a little, and tilt your head slightly upward.
Also, look at the camera directly sometimes because then people can see you better. You can turn your face to the side a little, but make eye contact with the camera.
I know how it is to be concerned about your looks and all that. I don't know how old you are, but I do know that even at age 22, I'm finding myself being less concerned with little things about my looks. I care, but I don't think of everything as competition or getting guys attention. People have different ideas of what beauty is, even if it seems sometimes that only one look is popular (notice how everyone on this thread picked different girls as the prettiest one?) Right now this probably doesn't help, but one day (maybe sooner than you think) you'll see this for yourself and you'll look back and laugh at how much time we all spend obsessing over these things about our looks at time when we should have just been having fun.
Just use what you've got, and if you think you're cute, others will pick up on your security, and they'll think that's hot.
Most importantly, if you haven't got a good personality, no one will stick around for long (unless it's other people who don't have good personalities, as well). Looks can only get you so far, and there's gonna be lots of pretty girls everywhere you go, but being a cool, fun person is what draws people to you. As far as guys go, I've seen guys go nuts over girls who weren't even all that great-looking to me, but they like these girls because they have strong personalities and that helps them stand out. So remember to work on your inside self just as much, because that will be way more important once you get out into the world after high school. Trust me on that one : )

well, first instinct would be to say #1 or 3.
The photo of # 1 is a better photo than that of # 3, but not necessarily an accurate picture of the two of them.
Are you #1??
I ask because whoever #1 is, it happens to be the most complimentary of pictures.
You could put #2 in front of the right photographer, and she might blow 1 and 3 away.
#3 is very cute. A girl that i would want my son to date.
