"There is nothing wrong with building sandcastles in the air; you must simply put a foundation beneath them"
I believe that was Thoreau although I cannot recall. Do not ever give up on your dreams. Many people will attempt to diminish hope where they see it and others will ridicule those whom are struggling to achieve their dreams as being unrealistic. That is where the saying that "misery loves company" began. Do not let them get you down because when you have been given a passion, a dream, you MUST pursue it or forever be miserable and bitter.
There is no joy in a life of "what if's"

Some people set huge goals that may be difficult to attain. The best method is to set a series of achievable goals that lead up to your ultimate goal. If people don't see progress they tend to give up. Slow and steady really does win the race! Good luck, and don't give up.

Life!
some people have unrealistic dreams, some don't...
sometimes life just gets too busy and we forget about our dreams. pretty sad that we do, though.
and it's not something we intentionally set out to do, either.
sometimes we lose touch with who/what we wanted to do in life and before we know it we're sitting in a cube in an office doing the same thing every day bored to death... it happens

Its the shortest and easiest route to nowhere thats why.. funny how people like the short and easy... wealth and happiness is found in succeeding in reaching out for your dreams and not giving in to the mundane or the comprimise of taking something less than you deserve

i think people just get comfortable, and decide to quit trying to work for anything else. i think it is a safe way out for most. i mean, why try for anything else, even if it is what you want, if what you are doing gets the job done?!?!

most of the time it is LIFE, responsibilities and becoming resigned to the fact that financially it just is not going to happen.

Kids will squash your dreams pretty quickly. Your priorities changes and life's situations change.
