It is possible that nobody cares. You wouldn't be the first person to be uncared for, nor would you be the last.
What's important is what you care about, not whether anyone cares about you.

Just the thought people put in to answering these questions should show you that most people do care, even if just a little bit. I used to think no one cared until I started answering questions and found that what I started believing was wrong. Now I have some renewed faith in humanity.

Sadly its because deep down everybody's priority is to look after themselves. For some people that's all they do. Others, like me, and it sounds like you too, care about others too. The thing to watch out for though is caring about others at the expense of yourself. You mustn't neglect your needs. Both you and the other(s) you care about must win in your relationship(s).

Because you're being paranoid. People who love you and that are nice people will always care but people who only care about themselves don't give a crap about anyone else....but i believe most people do care as long as you don't give them a reason not to care.
