Good question, it's because they're lazy. But they would say the whites did it, how is their kids dirty diaper laying in their yard my fault.

I am confused by you and AMZI. First of all if you are black, which I highly doubt, why don't you do something in the community to help "clean" it up.
I have never heard any black person say that white people need to do anything for them except give them the same opportunities. So all you white people are speaking a fallacy, and you all are living off the United State's strength that has only been possible due to my ancestors' forced labor. I suggest you all go to the welfare center in your neighborhoods to see all white people receiving help and point a finger at them.
And before anyone say anything about the Katrina victims, the government is at fault for building a faulty levee.
Secondly, I have never seen a black militia as AMZI claims. The last time a black militia was formed to assist the black community the FBI attacked it.

Being half black im not racist either, but black people like to complain instead being part of the solution, and there arent any black men to lead such an task force, they want to sit back be lazy and wait for black women and others to do the work, the black women and others who are doing it are getting tired and overwhelmed because of the weak link thats not participating "the men", I hate to say it and I know I will hear flack but black men are lazy, they never keep the yard up or the house repairs up, they just want to wash the car. So now you know why the communities are lacking.

Oh shut up with your bull$hit! Instead of running off at the mouth on how African Americans should clean up their communitie's, why don't you do something useful and find a way to end this war that is going on, so that our US forces, can come home to their loved ones, instead of being in the middle east, fighting terrorism, on a daily basis, so that our country can live a safe and better life, as far as terrorism.

Black Americans are satan worshipping people. I have dealt with Black America military in my country. They cause problems and get returned to their warship.
I suppose the Years of repression they expect and blame White Americans for problems. The like being victims. They are the most whinest of all Americans.
