am slim. how can i get good looking muscles. my age is 18

Avoid the "don't eat foods" like they were poison to your body. Stay away from junk food and candy.

Eat at the same time each day. Exercise at the same type each day and get at least 8 hours sleep each night. Don't go to bed late. Start sleep sometime between 9 and 11 PM.

Join a gym and tell them you want muscle gain with weight gain and they will help you with a routine. Be sure to sign up for monthly evaluation program so as to keep you on track with your goals. Try to eat a balanced meal. Calorie intake is essential in weight mass gain.

If there is a place near by where you can go swiming on a regular basis join up and go swimming at least three times a week. This will aid in your strength gain.

About the muscles I think that a light exercise is the best while the most part of the girls just doen't like Schwarzenegger-like bodies. Nourish your mind more!

hey sweety. i think may be you are perfect as per yr age. but really if you are a slim. than join gym. and take advice from trainer. he/she will give u right advice for good muscles. and if u want to gain yr weight than do take advice from doctor. and he/she will advice you. wat kind of food u may take to increase yr weight. start eat vegetable. eat more fruits. make yr perfect diet. take some heavy breakfast in morning with bread - butter. u can take anything maggi - juice - vegetable soup - south indian food- and take yr lunch around 1 pm. it does not mean u hv to eat lot. i told you to take advice from doctor. b/c he/she will give pefect medition from which u will get more hungry and u will eat more. than again around 4 ot 5 take some light breakfast. and in dinner eat protein food. but some light dinner. well try it. but u hv to wait for result. b/c as slim as you are u hv to wait for yeart to make good muscles.
