i can think of any proceses that would be easy to do in that amount of time, im looking for somthing simple that a majority of people would already understand and i can just go into more detail about it.

I think it would be quite amuzing if you prepared a presentation on how to prepare and execute a presentation at the college level. You can go through all of the steps...
choosing a topic
research....where and how to look
organizing the information
preparing the outline
the use of audio/visual equipment
reaching the audience
utilizing your body to convey messages
rehearsing the presentation
the performance
post performance evaluation

How about 3/4 of a minute on how to make a baby! Shouldn't be difficult for a college student and, if done right, can be quite entertaining.

How about rolling a cigarette...or how to roll a joint. Using tobacco of course. If that is not an option, how to defend an assailant using 2-3 simple moves.

it sounds stupid but i had to do something similar and the easiest thing was how to make a food or drink. ppl already understand the concept so it makes it easy
