I would like for him or myself to tell him to f**k off and not call any more. My boyfreind says he is not interested, but will not say anything to him.

Change the phone #.
Chances are, however, that he's using again. That's why he's calling and that's why your boyfriend "will not say anything to him."
Sorry, sweetie.

I'd give him an ultimatum. He can have you in his life, or he can have the dealer in his life, but not both. But... stick to your decision and listen to your gut. Don't let yourself be blinded to anything. If he's calling, there very well could be a genuine reason for it and perhaps your boyfriend is doing drugs again and thinking that he can keep it under control. Certainly if he continues to have this dealer in his life, it is more likely that he will go back to his old ways than to get the dealer to turn his life around. I would not trust the situation as it is.

people relapse due to people ..places and things. lapse is when an addict puts self in position to relapse. that is what is happening with your bf. he has to be the one to tell..this guy to go away. but you avoid giving him messages... you can tell guy not to call your home or change phone number. but if your bf wants ..he will get back with this guy..no matter what you do. i would insist on the two of you going to narcotics or cocaine.. anonymous sessions or a.a. or whatever support system available. maybe he is afraid of this guy ..and why is he calling all of a sudden ? you can support him by not nagging..but being strong.. and walking him through this. does he have a sponsor..or someone that can be called in.. for a motivational type session ? i feel for you... i experience this with my clients and their loved ones every day. it is so sad..the impact drugs and alcohol have on some people. these dealers are like vultures..and most are addicts themselves. once he is back on drugs.. if that should happen you have to think about yourself. and remove yourself from the situation. you cannot allow yourself to be pulled down with him. it is sad.. but you have to run..not walk in the other direction

Your boyfriend has already relapsed mentally! If you don't want that in your life you gotta cut him off! That is the first rule of recovery! all ties must be cut and it doesnt' sound like he has done that!! Good Luck!

Tell him that if he calls again, you will turn him in. Tell him the police are monitoring your phone.
