Years ago, I was told that hairspray would get an ink mark out of a dress that I was wearing and accidentally marked on. It worked. You have to rub it in and may need to use several applications though.
Also, you might try Out! Pet Stain and Odor Remover. It seems to work on just about any stain I've had.
However, I don't remember trying either of these on vinyl, so I don't know how well they will work for you. But, I don't see why they wouldn't work.
You might also try a small dab of rubbing alcohol to the stain. That should also remove ink.
In any of these cases, you will probably want to gently rub a small amount of water over the area to remove any sticky residue from whatever you decide to use.
Good luck!!!

my two year old son rew circles and squiggles all over the back, sides, and bottom of our leather couch, it is mortifying now and there is nothing you can do, becuz rubbing alcohol is one of the other ways to get rid ink, and you cant use it on your leather so your pretty much screwed. We now just consider our 1600$ couch a piece of artwork in the living room. lol.
oh wait you said vinyl. then just try the rubbing alcohol, on a test spot. make sure nothin happens, then it shoudl take it away.

Try Exit Soap it won't have any problems removing the pen and i have used it on just about everything and never had a problem so vinyl should be fine. As it has a natural base it won't damage the lounge.
