I'm pretty sure that you can get colour correction foundation / moisturiser which has a green tint to balance out natural redness. Have a look in Boots or ask at the make up counters in department stores and see if they know about that. Sorry i havent got better details but i hope this helps a little bit.

If its your skin thats red, and maybe a little bit dry
I suggest go see your docter because it could be you a form of Eczema. Its nothing bad essentially dry skin, but your docter should be able to give u perscription cream which will get rid of it in a few days depending on how severe it is, and even if you dont have it, the cream might still help.

You can get face creams (sometimes called colour correction fluid) that are green in colour, they can help tone down redness - have a look in your local pharmacy. If the redness is severe, you can get in touch with the Red Cross and ask about Camouflage Makeup

If it's red due to broken veins (rosacea) then I recommend you try "Red alert" by medik8. It's the only thing I've tried that has any effect.

I got mine from Boots No 7 range, much cheaper, but I can't remember the exact name.
