Dawn dishwashing liquid is awesome on clothing stains. Just put a bit on the stain and let it sit for a couple of hours, then wash normally. It gets out food and oil-I'm sure it would dissolve deodorant.

Dish soap will work best to break down the greasy oily texture of the deodorant. Allow the pits of the shirt to be soaked in it and then wash. If the stain does not come out, re-soak before and rewash before drying.

I get a small bowl and put a little bit of dish soap and ammonia together. I take a toothbrush and brush it on the stain. Let it sit for a few minutes and then wash. It gets out everything from mud, blood, and grease..it works on deodorant stains as well....old family secret.
