FOUR INCHES!!!?? what the???
Of course you can!!! you definetly do not need weights to build muscle, or jump higher. Back when there werent any such thing as weights, men still jumped high and were built with out them, people in todays society really believe that the only route to success is weights, but this article contains not only weight training exersises, but some that need no weight but your own, check it out.

this is very effective!!! i used to run a 4.89 forty, now i run a 4.63!!! on a regular basis!! for best results, to make it more effective, go to the nearest walmart near you, and buy high performance creatine, it sends energy to your muscles so you move your body-weight with more ease and effort with out really trying!!!
-hope i helped

Jump rope. A lot. This will build quickness in your calves.
Also, just jump. Go find a basketball hoop. Jump up and grab some point on the net (or rim or whatever you can reach). Squat down and explode up. As soon as you land, shake out your legs for a second, squat down, and explode upward again. Continue doing this until your legs are so tired you can't reach the bottom of the net anymore.
It's not terribly scientific, but you'll see some improvement.

One way that I learned to jump highier is to start standing still and then start running you don't have to use weights but it is better it you do you should use leg weights. You also need to find if you are better at jumping of one foot or both and also figure out if you jump off of your left or right foot. Other practice methods are long jumping or just high jumping. Other methods are leg extention or just bringing your legs up. You choose practice makes perfect peace,

They make those shoes that have a really built up toe in the them to help build your calves. You can stand with your toes on the edge of a step and lift raise and lower your body. Climb a lot of steps and take them two at a time to work out your upper legs. When you're doing any of these you can grab a backpack with some books or something in it.

dont ever lift weights when your under 21 cuz your muscles are not mature enough and you'll just end up getting smaller rather than getting taller but keep doing squat i think it will help you jump higher
