Ooops, this is the last question, sorry! 5 questions, not 6.

Current Nano 2GB owner with the iTunes program for the Nano. If I get a different type of iPod, i.e. original iPod.....

If I cannot do any of the things in prior questions, will my current iTunes program for Nano easily switch to another type of iPod in the future?

iow, carrying over my current songs to the new iPod if I discontinue my Nano usage? Sorta like an "upgrade", it carries everything over?

I appreciate your efforts in helping this old dinosaur to understand iPods & iTunes. :-p :-)

You can do the things you've asked about in the prior questions, so THIS question is moot. If you get a new iPod and discard your old one, syncing up to your new iPod is no problem--iPods don't sync to other iPods, iPods sync up to iTunes, and iTunes can interface with more than one iPod.

And you know, you could've combined all five questions into one question, and gotten an answer that was more detailed and less confusing.
