if you were playing someone anfd they left then you will have to wait for the cancel game or force forfeit option box to pop up. Even though yahoo is trying to make the exercise of providing games for us profitable for themselves , being stuck at a table is not something ,so we can't blame recent changes.
The pop up box with game cancel options may take awhile so i would suggest (if you just wanted to cancel game and not force a forfeit and take their ratings) either log out of yahoo and then back in or open another browser window and continue as normal.
Having a mutlitabbed browser is good for these situations as you can just open another window and proceed as normal without any bother.
Avant browser is a good one but their are others

ever since they have started supplying ads they have been having a lot of problems.
i really think that with the amount of people saying they have been banned, that they are stuck, that they can't get in the rooms, etc. that it can't just be a "computer" problem.
it's a "yahoo's changing things around & messing things up right now" thing. hopefully, really soon, it will get better...

try rebooting ,then go back and see if you are still listed as there.that should clear it.
