If a copy pulls him over to give him a ticket for speeding or some minor violation, will he be breaking any law if he responds, "Yes, officer, I absolutely acknowledge that I deserve this ticket, and I will gladly pay it. I'd like to ask you something completely unrelated. Would you consider allowing me to give you a BJ?"

I told my friend that he might end up getting bashed, but I wasn't sure if he would be breaking the law. Anyone know?

of course the reaction depends on where this takes place community-wise. i see no criminal law being broken - there may be a civil recourse - this is a real stretch - cop sues for slander - but i think it would only serve to upset the cop because he may interpret it as disrespectful - even if the cop is gay. if the cop was a female and your friend was hetero - what would the dynamic be then? in many ways it is a sexist remark and at the very least inappropriate.

He would be breaking the law, of course, on several counts. Either the cop would see it as an improper suggestion or as an attempt to subvert the course of justice by offering inducements.

How low is down?

It doesn't sound like it's against the law, since he's not trying to bribe the cop or get out of the ticket this way. I doubt if anything would even happen to him, since traffic stops are all on car cam anyway.

i don't know maybe you should ask the cop?

it's against the law, can get up to 6 months community service for that. but i doubt they'll give him anything less than a month behind barzz.

If it's a cop in an Islamic (sharia) Country they'd just stone him.

Here they would let him go.

Gay white men are clowns from birth. They don't have a bit of sense in the first place. In general, if you listen to gay men, you've pretty much said to yourself, "I'm a fuc*ing idiot and I don't think I want to live anymore.... so who gives a fuc*"!!!
