Men's formal wear?

Hi, Can you suggest some nice brand for mens formal wear..
My friend needs smaller sizes as the shirts which are S sized are a bit loose for him..plz suggest some brand and store for formal pant and shirts..thank you.

i think Hugo boss does great formal wear and i think they might do XS. TM lewin and Tommy Hilfiger are also very good
