Poor thing I really do not know. Have you tried called an aquarium service? I think many things can really hurt those delicate little ones. Keep the other fish away if you can. Can you get a divider for the tank? It is just a little wall like thing that has holes so your fish can be separate from the others and still share the tank water and enviornment. I had one to protect baby fish. I thought your fish might need protection since it is hurt. I would call one of those stores that specializes in fish only. Or if you have a local aquarium or college call and ask to speak with a marine biologist.

If you mean ammonia burns they will go away in time once the ammonia levels are lowered. Buying an ammonia monitor will help prevent this. Adding a slime-coat product or low levels of salt will also help the fish heal and protect it.
If your fish has another type or burn I am puzzled and don't know what to tell you.

Try adding salt for freshwater fish at a rate of one level tablespoon for every 5 gallons of tank water. It will help the fish protect itself form infection and speed healing by causing him to produce more slime.
