No there are no machines for this. Only people are able to divine water. & they use willows mostly some have to use plastic rods. The ablitiy tends to run in families. Don't know if they are listed in the phone book or exactly how you contact them.

I don't think there is a machine for this. This type of thing is not is not based on current Technology.
It is an ancient way of trying to find water.
(typically a Y-shaped twig, rod, rods, or pendulum held over an area).
