He has bought an island in Dubai (U.A.E) and is living there. Things are not as high as they're in the US. He'll probably settle there.

The last I heard, he barely escaped from Dubai ahead of the beheader after that crossdressing incident at the big mall there when he was caught using the ladies restroom wearing a Burka. Supposedly, he moved to Ireland... but, it's Michael Jackson... so who knows?
