I'm not sure what you mean by "good educational environment," but some of the best divinity schools are part of the finest universities in the nation.

That depends on what you are looking for. There are several good ones. You might consider cost as well as educational enviroment. If you want one accredited by the Dept. of Education then you are looking at a tremendous cost.
If you want one that has a good campus as well as a good correspondence(distance learning) then check out some of the following.
Andersonville Theological Seminary I thinks has both. I'm not sure about Liberty U. I think it is becoming more secular than religious.
It also depends on whether you want class room instruction or be able to study at your own pace. If you want to stay home and study then check out:
Slidell Baptist Seminary, Andersonville Theological Seminary, Colorado Theological Seminary. There are many schools with quality education programs. The internet can be a great asset in this matter.
