The percarbonate ion is quite like the carbonate ion except that it has an extra oxygen attached to one of the single bonded oxygens. I am not aware of any common name for percarbonate. It is used in a number of household cleaning products. "Oxyclean" uses the potassium salt. Patends on the use of percarbonate in laundry detergents go back more than 20 years.

When mixed with water...
2 Na2CO3·3H2O2 → 2 Na2CO3 + 3 H2O2
it becomes a "bleaching agent" and is common in laundry products. Maybe the name Oxygen Bleach is more common.
