Sorry, but that's the way people's minds work.
It's just jealousy.

Blackburn Rovers did buy the Premiership title that season 1994-95, with Uncle Jacks Millions, just as Chelsea are today with Abramovics' Billions.
Same scenario just 13 years ago. They won the title, got into the Champions League then blew it against erm........... Trelleborgs was it?
United, Liverpool and Arsenal have always had the money, just a lack of a good manager on Liverpools part i would say, until they got Rafa, he's a good un.
Take it your a Rovers fan? Nevermind i'm a Bolton fan (20+ Yrs), but I had the pleasure last year of going to Bulgaria and watching us beat Lokomotiv Plovdiv 2-1, our first ever European game.
30p a pint over there matey, stayed a week and the bonus of a win.
PRICELESS ;)

Chelsea has the millions to spend on good players so they dont have to buy the title, the players win it for the money but its all good!!

You could say Chelsea are buying the title if you compare the money they spend with even the other big clubs.
