I seriously don't have a problem with one gan member shooting another. In my opinion, it makes our streets safer and saves time and bullets for our police departments, thereby saving taxpayer dollars.
The problem is, these guys can't seem to hit each other, they keep shooting innocent people instead. For people who live by the gun, you think they would go down to the range and practice every now and then.
I think we should have a government sponsored program to teach the gang members how to shoot, to make our streets safer.
We also need to teach them that driving by a house and firing 100's of bullets into it is not usually effective, and is a terrible waste of ammunition. They could take lessons from Marine corps snipers, one shot one kill.

If they want to know what is a gun, they could take some lessons here !.... In Texas, one can do that !
I'm looking into my colt navy revolver, 6 shots, 36 cal, blue finish, walnuts grips... Lol ! They are not able to load this one...

The problem is that if they were better shots, they would kill cops and that is a really bad thing. The bottom line is that it takes a lot of practice to become proficient at shooting. Gangbangers rarely can legally practice and usually don't they just carry the piece till they try to shoot someone.

They are bad shooters because being a good shooter require some uuuuh...how can I say ? IQ.
Lots of gangbangers are truly idiots, they are just able to load their guns (when they know how to do...I remember once time where they even can't load their hardware...) and they ignore basics shooting skills.
My idea ? give me an AR-15 and the authorization...I will clean the streets of the gangbangers, one at time. Because I have learn to shoot with really good instructors, people really knowing their job. They learn me how to fight, how to avoid civilian casualties...and how to kill.
Modern military instructors are good...their tactics and technics are outstanding and it really help you on the battlefield. Our streets, all around the world, are becoming battlefield. With guns, knife or just bottles, gangbangers are becoming increasingly aggresive. Just kill them.

A lot of them are high on crack, etc so they can't hit the broad side of a barn. They are also not too bright, but that is kind of obvious.
