Writng a check for $3 billion dollars just totally blows my mind. I know there is a lot of money out there but does he give any to other social causes like health care etc.

Both seem to have latched onto the idea that it is good publicity and good for their money making future. I am not sure that whether one trusts them is the right question, as someone has said, they will be judged by results.
