my hamstrings have a large amount of fat which i would love to loose.

try some time to workout and and try natural spas or smthing like this

You cannot spot-reduce, but you can do things specifically to strengthen/build those muscles. You'll need to simply work on all-over fat loss for those muscles to show, though. Work on aerobics and strength training. If you want a particularly good aerobic workout that also helps strengthen and tone those leg muscles, try step aerobics. Great stuff! Good luck!

take calcium pills and amino acids and......run/jog everyday it doesnt have to be forever!! 15mins a day cuple of times a day is all you need. and if you can try go to the gym and work out on your legs .... inclined press, mostly that'll make ya *** stick out more too, and other leg work outs your comfortable with.......the calcium pills wont make you get bigger with the amino acids and you working out they with help you lose weight and get toned up like you wanna be pce
