Since Keith Whitley is dead, I'm pretty sure you won't find a t-shirt at one of his concerts or his Website. I would try eBay.

i don't know of ne where that might sell one, unless you go to one of his concerts or go to a flea market they might have one, or try ebay, you can usually find things you are looking for on ebay!! Good luck!!
