My son is seven months old and here's what we feed him

9:00--Oatmeal (with formula)
12:00--Stage Two vetable with pasta and diluted juice
4:00--Stage Three dinner with formula or water
7:30--Oatmeal w/cereal chunks in it and formula

Any other time he seems hungry durning the day I give him formula. Our doctor said babies should get 20-24 oz of formula a day. As for when to go to the next stage--it's when he can. How I did it was one day I'd feed him the next stage--if he ate everything in the jar, we'd stick with the new stage--if not, we'd keep the lower stage. It's up to you and him how much you feed him...I just wanted to give you a guide line to which other babies in his age are eating. Hope it helps! Good Luck!

Good. .. you can start intro to steamed pulses, cooked vegetable mashed as thick pulp in small and slow quantity.

six times a day is perfect. but depends on the activeness of the baby. you got to identify the feeding time..by its cry..

baby cries are different.. you can only judge.. because you stay with it more often.

check up from a doctor. The doctor should do the job right and tell you when those changes need to happen
