Alfalfa hay will be fine for a short while. Normally it should only be fed as a treat for piggies over 9 months old. but will do not harm unless you feed it to your piggy on a long term basis.
Alfalfa hay can be given to young guinea pigs, pregnant, nursing or malnourished adults. It is high in calcium content, and too much calcium could contribute to the formation of bladder stones in older cavies. Alfalfa should not be a replacement for grass hay, but can be used to supplement the diet. Grass hays such as timothy or orchard grass should be available to your piggy at all times.

I would mix it with the timothy to get rid of it. I bought alfalfa when My guinea pig was prego for the extra calcium, then I had some left so I mixed to get rid of it. Or you may even be able to take it back to the store to exchange it.I did that when I got the wrong vitamins once. The store didn't care.

Alfalfa hay is not okay to keep giving her on a daily basis, as it is full of calcium and that can lead to bladder stones. It is ok as an occassional treat, however.
Also "mixes" are not good for a guinea pig's daily diet - they can be harmful to your piggy's health. Just buy plain timothy based pellets for daily meals.
Don't forget to provide daily vegetables! Carrots are great for them and full of vitamin C!

That's fine to give her. They're are just two types of hay. One of them is already in her food, the other one isn't and they tend to like that one more.
