where should i shop for a new refrigerator?

i want a stainless steel refrigerator. with the freezer in the bottom. for under $1000 where can i find one like that in NC? also this is going to be a christmas gift for my parents. (they cannot aford this, so my borther and i are going in together for it)

Wherever you buy it, make sure they have a service department. Just in case it needs repaired later down the road.
