The other day I told my 2nd mom that I love her, and she gave me a big hug and said "aww honey" yet she didn't say it back. I've had depession issues that she has helped me through, yet she thinks I'm still depessed-- but I'm not because of her! Could the reason be she didn't say it back because she dosen't think I love myself??

Maybe she didn't want to say it back at that moment because she didn't want you to think she was only saying it because you said it.
