need name of paint 2 use 2 letter semi truck tires was told guys get at walmart craft dept.?

many brands at craft dept. tried different enamels on slicks 4 drag car they all cracked . have heard a few times on c.b. 2 get at walmart but guys dont remember specific brand or type.

it is a crayon they come in white or yellow can get them at most auto part stors it says on it tire crayon

there is a marker it looks like a big crayon you can get them from tire shops they sometime use them to mark tires when they do a flat repair to mark where the puncture is
