oh tell me about it, sold a ford last year, it was one year old, six months later the dudette called me wanting to know if I"d pay for new tires for it, since they were getting worn, plus she burned a hole in the seat with a cigerette and wanted ME to find seat covers for her, but other than that, ohh she loved the car

I agree it sometimes is as bad as trying to buy a used car but at least then many will at least look presentable .Unlike some grease covered characters who want to have a look at your vehicle but make you wonder if they just stop by to case your place for a future break in . Always without exception make sure the title is signed out of your name by a notary , don't fall for it if they say they know someone who is a notary that will take care of it , many try this to avoid buying plates and if they don't transfer it and an accident occurs the police will come looking for you so beware !

Actually, funny story. I have usually owned junkers and sold them for the same value or more after many years of use. I always get my moneys worth out of something.

Lucky me!

Ive sold my truck. just be honest about what needs to be fixed and get at least 2 appraisals for the cost of fixing it up when you sell your vehicle and you will do fine.
