Not sure. I suppose it's a control/submission thing for most people, though I don't think that's the case for me. I can't truly explain it. Personally, I'm happy to be a guy, and nothing reminds me that I'm a guy more than getting a big foot to my nads. Also, it's fun for me to introduce my size 13's to their nuts.
