You can find editing help online, but that won't help you learn to write more effectively in English. Instead that will just help you look like you can do that.
To improve, you need to write in English all the time. Just like you can't learn to play tennis unless you're actually on the court practicing, it's the same thing with learning a language.
Practice your English by responding to ten questions daily on Yahoo Answers. Then you'll get practice, and you'll be helping other people

Your writing will improve if you read alot of books/magazines and such that are in english...take notice of how these sources phrase things and try to write in that manner.
