Lots of gay men who become HIV+ suddenly, in the face of death, have lots of sex partners, who may or may not be positive themselves and do not dislose their HIV status. Or they only have sex, and exclusively unsafe sex, with fellow HIV sufferers. Why?

If two HIV+ men have unsafe sex, could either man increase his viral load and accelerate the disease should bodily fluids be absorbed into the bloodstream? Why do so many HIV sufferers reject HIV negative men? Are they being martyrs?

WOW heavy and intelligent questions. I think Gay men in general, not all, are Sexually Promiscuous. A lot of men do not know their HIV status, nor do heterosexual Male or Females and go about spreading the virus unknowingly. Not disclosing their status as they feel they are not. Be in the KNOW!
The question of men spreading the virus knowingly without disclosing is a selfish act and everyone should be intelligent enough to know that if some insists on having unprotected sex, Gay or Straight, you should decline from engaging in intercourse with them. It is selfish and an uncaring act for humanity, perhaps they do not want to feel suffering alone or want to get back at society.
Being HIV+ is not a death sentence anymore, it is manageable when living a healthy lifestyle and taking care of yourself(not partying and doing drugs), however it does not mean go out and get infected or infect others. Having unsafe sex with other HIV+ still poses risks, but perhaps it is the natural feel of skin to skin that is more pleasurable and they feel that they are HIV+ anyway what do they have to lose when engaging in sex with other HIV+ guys.
There is a possibility of Superinfection, although not completely proven, by engaging in in unsafe sex with other HIV+ men, which may increase the viral load and give you a strain resistant to medications. This usually would happen if one HIV+ person is on medication and discontinues and the body has built an immunity to the medication, his/her virus is resistant now, he/she then has unsafe sex with another guy/girl who is not resistant to medications, the theory is this new drug resistant virus that is introduced into the body is now going to take over the current virus making it resistant too creating a superinfection.
Most HIV+ guys chose HIV+ partners and will not date Neg guys, I think that is silly, if you have safe sex you will not contract the virus and this has been proven in heterosexual relationsips and in Gay relationships. When you are in love you should not let a virus stop you from sharing your life. JUST BE SAFE.

It isn't that they all of a sudden have lots of sex partners it is that they had unsafe and promiscuous sex before they became infected. When and if what you say is true, then, the answer is easy, they use sex as an escape, they also want to have as much unbridled pleasure as they can before they leave, which is only human. It is not smart because there are different forms of HIV and they can cross infect each other which can cause other health complications. But thats another story. You are generalizing I know several gay hiv positive men that have not become bareback promiscuous people. They are very concerned about their partners health and try not to put them at risk and still have a health sex life.

Great question. If there was a clear answer to this, a lot of public health officials would be looking for other careers. Clearly in the face of all this education, there are some who will disregard all HIV prevention information.
You can apply microeconomics to this scenario. We all make decisions in our day to day life. Most of us choose to heed the HIV prevention advice out there. Unfortunately these gay men choose to have unsafe sex as a matter of choice between personal gratification and additional life. They would rather have 10 seconds of gratification (dependent on their orgasm) versus more years of life. Add human invincibility, personal baggage and voila....you find that people have different motivations and desires.
What can we do? We just have to keep trying and stay optimistic. Soon, HIV+ will be a thing of the past...

Either you've done a whole lot of research (unlikely) or you're doing a whole lot of extrapolation from your own experience (ah! more likely).
I don't think there are any published studies to uphold either of your theses.
To answer your other question - there are numerous strains of HIV, and you can be infected with a second one after contracting the first. The combined action of these strains can make the triple cocktail and other drug therapies ineffective.
Everyone, but everyone, should use protection every time they have anal intercourse. Straight, gay, HIV+ or HIV- : all should respect their partners and themselves and use a condom.

Some HIV positive men do do this; and so do those who are not quite sure of their HIV status, quite frankly. My guess is that they were promiscuous before their diagnosis/waiting period and that the news of their positive diagnosis has nothing to do with how they handle themselves sexually.
Sexual addiction is real in the gay community. And yes, there are some men who will take their need to have sex to the extreme, even if they infect unsuspecting people.
I have heard that yes, unsafe sex between two HIV sufferers can make one or both of their conditions worse. I am not sure of the biology behind it, however.

It's not only gay men. Some people, when they find out that they're going to die, want to take some down with them. The most recent case was a straight man sleeping around with women unsafely.

I think they are afraid of dying unloved, untouched by anybody...even if the 'love' only lasts 5 minutes....sex is a powerful weapon in the inner war of thinking ...you are flooded with endorphines...it's not a trite comment...when you immerse yourself into a sexual world..you are only concerned with sex...other problems seem to disappear....the problem with 2 gay positive men having u
nprotected sex is that there is more than 1 strain of HIV..the human body has a losing battle just trying to fight off 1 strain..never mind two or three strains.

Gay men are incredibly self-centered and care only about themselves and their own satisfaction. Spreading a disease knowning they have one is of no importance. Obviously because of their behavior they have very low moral standards and that extends not only to themselves but the people around them. Their sexual practices are in general much more unhygienic than heterosexuals and with that comes a greater degree of contact with disease carrying feces and blood and with other men that share the behaviors. When you live a filthy lifestyle expect the consequences.

I am not sure how to answer this. The only like I do know. A person like this. Should face murder charges.
I think they need to tattoo something on a HIV+ person's forehead.
