Best way is to call tech support and tell them you want to reset the phone.
They'll ask for your number and they'll make you put a bunch of numbers into the phone.
It will have nothing saved in it.

I used to do this to my phone because my nephew would somehow lock my phone, he was four, and i wouldn't be able to unlock it.

look in the back of the phone where the battery goes and take the sim card out or the chip put it back in and you should have factory settings if that dont work than call customer service line

Go to settings and then to security. Your password should be the last 4 of your number.
