Well, that's a variable. Different companies offer different models, some inexpensive to the very top quality. I prefer Dell myself, but you should check them out carefully depending on your needs. They can go from $1500 and up.

As i am sure you know there are so many makes and models of computers that the first thing you need to do is decide what you need.

If you need a high end model you can expect to pay more as with anything else.

1): Have you done a search, through Yahoo or Google?
2): Have you checked out the Dell web site. Generally good prices but not sure of their shipping policy.
3): Have you tried EBay.com?

While shopping in the past I have found Dell to have the best prices for what I wanted. Only problem there is I have not bought a laptop from them.
Try these and see what you think.

Log on to www.E-Bay, there you will find new and used laptops. I just bought a IBM note book with XP already installed. It is a plemtum 2, has a C D player battery and charger, it is ready to be connect to the network. I bought it on buy it now on E-Bay from a company in Columbus Ohio that deals in slightly used computers.. You might want to save time and call direct. Area code (614) 581 6000 ask for Glenn, he can tell you what they have to offer, and price and shipping charge. I paid $179.00 plus $28.00 shipping. You dont have to pay a ton of money to get what you want. Glenn Is a very nise man and will help you anyway he can and answer any questions you may have.

First decide which make and model is best by researching epinions.com. When you know what you want, it's time to shop by price. Check out of the shopping assistants below. Make SURE the electrical power is going to work where you intend to use it and there are no export restrictions on the battery, power cord or equipment.
