There's this one guy at work who will once in a while put his hand on my lower back as we are walking and talking, but he does this to a lot of other girls too. He has this way of making a girl feel wanted and needed. We all put up with it for now, but none of us afraid to tell him if he goes too far, even though he hasn't done anything else.

I'd say yes that he likes you. My husband was the same way with me before we even started dating. He called me Kitten. Well I guess all that stuff worked because we got married and have been for over 20 years.

It doesn't always mean that he likes you "like that". Some people are just touchy feely and call people hon or sweetie or stuff like that. If you really wanna know, just ask him. If you are uncomfortable with it, you should tell him.
